Amazing property. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Service desk was helpful with organising activities around the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were fantastic and the wait staff were phenomenal. Would highly recommend if your budget allows it.

Luxury and nothing but amazing customer service at this hotel. Loved the breakfast and access to Aquaventure park. Royal pool was heated so sell i did not want to leave.

This is the best hotel in the world hands down! The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the breakfast is unreal, with as much free flowing champagne as you like so fill your boots!! I don’t think I could ever go back to a different hotel in Dubai, it wouldn’t be the same experience. Nobu pool was our favourite day time spot and all of the staff and the hostesses were totally amazing. All of the waiters and chefs at the breakfast could not do enough for you and the service at the Elements bar in the evening, and the Milos restaurant were 5 stars. Best holiday ever
