Sehr geehrtes Hotelmanagement, wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus gefreut, gerade weil wir uns bewusst für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel entschieden haben. Leider mussten wir während unseres Besuchs einige erhebliche Mängel feststellen, die unserem Anspruch an Komfort und Erholung nicht gerecht wurden. Besonders störend war der nächtliche Lärm aus dem Nachbarbereich, der mehrfach unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigte. Darüber hinaus befanden sich Ameisen in unserem Zimmer – ein Zustand, der in einem Hotel Ihrer Klasse absolut inakzeptabel ist.Und die wurden nach entsäuberung nicht einmal aufgeräumt, erst nach zwei Nächte wurde es zusammengekehrt. Aus diesen Gründen bitten wir um eine faire Preisanpassung bzw. eine Form der Wiedergutmachung. Wir hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis und eine kundenorientierte Lösung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Nous avons séjourné une semaine et nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi votre hôtel 🤩 Il est énorme, une diversité d’activités proposées, des employés aux petits soins pour ces clients et réactifs, une variété de repas également. Les allées de l’hôte, les piscines sont également nettoyées tous les soirs. On s’est régalé pendant notre semaine et nous ne manquerons pas d’en parler autour de nous. Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours, et nous vous remercions pour ce surclassement. Nous ne pouvions pas rêvé mieux ☺️ Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour votre présence de jour comme de nuit, votre bienveillance, votre gentillesse et votre sourire continuel ☺️ Ps : mon petit point interrogatif est pourquoi les personnes ne respectent pas la propreté et les procès des locaux tout comme dans l’avion d’ailleurs 😥 Heureusement que le personnel est derrière mais je trouve cela regrettable 🫣

A fantastic family holiday. The food was delicious and plentiful in a beautiful setting. Plenty of sunbeds and pools with slides the children loved and a small beach area. We all had a great time.

We stayed for 7 nights. It had great dining options, bars and superb entertainment. My 5 year olds enjoyed the kids club and kids entertainment. Overall great place to stay for a family vacation. Think about a huge dining centre that 2000 people can sit and eat at the same time, and dozens of waitress serving drinks for everyone, continuously less than 5 minutes, each time. All details are well tought ahead, and we will definitely have another visit asap.

Overall, we had a great time in April and got lucky with the weather. We would gladly visit again which is rare for me! It is a large resort with very modern rooms, spacious and stylish. However, the towels and room cleaning wasn't regularly done and AC failed, as well as loud construction work behind block 4 during our time. The grounds are clean, lots of tiling and nice decor, domes, stylish lighting, props dotted around and bars in convenient places too. There are nice activities available as well as a kids club with soft play, playground and mini disco and games each night. There are various pools dotted around and very good kids and adults slides which was good fun. Need more sun umbrellas as certain areas had none. The amphitheatre shows were excellent. No glass drinks should be allowed as there were broken ones some nights. The spa was good but could do with a jacuzzi and steam room. Great food variety and quality. Nice patisserie place and ice cream always available. Sadly the a la carte themed restaurants are paid for. Sometimes it is nice to be waited on fully which is done at lower star rated restaurants for free. The beach was OK. Needs cleaner pebble free and more shading. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming apart from a few. English comprehension isn't very good amongst most of the workers, so oftentimes had difficulty getting our drink orders or cleaning carries out correctly. Very good but needs some attention to detail on points mentioned.

We had a wonderful time and the hotel was spotless and very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive and the entertainment team were engaging and activities were good and varied. Food was fresh and lots of choice. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a lovely setting and friendly staff. Lots to do but also able to sit and relax by the pool whilst the kids enjoyed the water slides. Foam party was great fun and the pool inflatable was a big hit. Loved our evenings in the lobby bar upstairs playing cards and staff there were very good. Room amenities were excellent with soft drinks and snacks refilled daily and bathroom items also replenished. Room was a good size with a balcony and able to request room clean daily if needed. Although the piers were not open or a couple of bar areas this was understandable as it’s not main season and the areas were being done up/maintained. Shop onsite is expensive and would suggest bringing pool items/snacks for the kids with you. The spa was excellent and the treatments we had for both kids and adults were fantastic - would recommend. Also the use of the steam room, sauna and gym is included and we did this daily. This is a fab hotel and would definitely come back.

Bel hotel et personnel tres agréable et sympa. Par contre pas toujours tres compétent et parlent peu anglais. Qualité des serviettes et papier très faible. Nourriture conséquente mais pas toujours qualitative et variée. Pour un hotel international une ouverture sur le monde aurait ete intéressante. Sinon emplacements et végétation tres jolis, debut avril piscine et mer trop froide. Il faidrait également ouvrir le bar a parisserie le matin, car pour consommer en s'installant a la piscine chauffée c'est délicat et éloigné.
